No. Jus'Cani is a
complementary pet food that you use alongside freshly cooked food. If you follow the
recipes from the recipe maker, the whole diet meets the
FEDIAF guidelines for adult dogs.

Easy peasy:

1. Mix 1 part jus powder with 2 parts lukewarm water
2. Stir it into your dog’s food
3. Tuck in!

The jar shows the daily amount for your dog’s weight. Then simply stir the Jus through the rest of the meal.

That depends on your dog's weight, and the recipe maker works it out for you exactly.

If your dog does well on kibble, you can simply pour Jus’Cani® over the kibble.

That said, we do encourage you to (also) cook fresh now and then when you can.

The base Jus is vegetarian, easy to digest and 100% natural.

The base of Jus’Cani® is vegetarian and plant-based. We have added synthetic taurine, because we also want to support vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. That way there's a choice for everyone. In the recipe you can add meat or fish yourself, or egg and dairy. Vegetarian and planet-friendly options remain at the heart of it.

Yes, but in consultation with your vet or a nutrition expert. Puppies need different ratios, but with our recipes you can make a balanced meal for them too.

Unopened: months (see the best-before date on the jar). Once opened: store in a cool, dry place. Use made-up jus straight away.

For now our focus is on dogs, but in the near future we'll be turning our attention to cats too (much needed!)

Yes, in most cases it is.
The ingredients are:

• Vegetarian
• Free from common animal allergens
• Free from artificial additives

And in the menu maker you can indicate if your dog can't have certain things, such as beef or wheat. Not sure yet what your dog is allergic to? Then it's best to find that out together with your vet first.

Yes. The recipe maker works
with your dog's weight and activity level to set the
amounts. If your dog needs to lose weight, let your vet decide the target weight and the pace,
and use that weight as your starting point in the
recipe maker.
